On December 15, 1952, "China Cereals and Oils Export Corporation Qingdao Company" was established.

In 1953, the Qingdao Company exported vermicelli 2595 tons.

In 1960, the trademark "LUNGKOW" was registered.

On September 1, 1965, the company was renamed as "CEROILFOOD  Shandong Cereals & Oils Import & Export Company".

In 1974, Designed and used the "Pagoda with Dragon Boat Device" packing bag.

On February 28, 1979, the trademark "Pagoda" was registered.

In October 1979, the draft design of "Double Dragons Device" was finalized.

In May 1980, the vermicelli packing bag with the "Double Dragons Device" started to be used, and its first batch was printed by Hong Kong Wan Tai Hang.

As of June 1980, the company accumulatively exported vermicelli 100,000.- tons.

In 1982, Pagoda Brand LUNGKOW Vermicelli was awarded as "High Quality Products of Shandong Province".

In 1983, Pagoda Brand LUNGKOW Vermicelli was awarded as High Quality Products by MGAP, and enjoyed the only Gold Medal.

On March 15, 1985, the trademarks of seal character "龙" and "DRAGON" were registered.

On March 20, 1985, Pagoda Brand LUNGKOW Vermicelli was awarded "Golden Laurel" by International Cuisine and Tourism Committee of France in Paris.

In May 1985, Pagoda Brand LUNGKOW Vermicelli was awarded as "National High Quality Products".

On August 15, 1985, applied for the registration of the trademark of "LUNGKOW with Double Dragons Device". The Trademark was announced and its certificate was processed by authority, but it wasn’t sent to us due to the revision of the trademark law.

In August 1985, the Trademark Institute of SAIC redesigned the trademark of "LUNGKOW with Double Dragons Device".

In August 1985, Pagoda brand vermicelli won the title of "High Quality products in Shandong Province".

On November 29, 1985, "Pagoda brand with Double Dragons Device" vermicelli bag won the Certificate of China Appearance Design Patent.

On December 22, 1985, People's Daily published the "Notification of Pagoda brand LUNGKOW vermicelli".

On March 8, 1986, People's Daily published the results of "National Quality Selections of MGAP" and introduced Pagoda brand LUNGKOW vermicelli.

On March 15, 1986, Pagoda Brand LUNGKOW Vermicelli was praised as "Vermicelli King" in the 8th Report(86’s) of Yantai Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, which reported to the Municipal Government on "Ensuring the International Reputation of Famous Brand Product LUNGKOW Vermicelli(Pagoda) and Increasing Export to Earn Foreign Currency".

On June 25, 1986, the management of Export Permit for exporting vermicelli was implemented by China.

On July 10, 1986, the trademark "LUNGKOW with Double Dragons Device" was registered.

On August 11, 1986, Dazhong Daily published the "Commendation for Pagoda Brand LUNGKOW Vermicelli" by the Government of Shandong Province.

In August 1987, the packing bag of Pagoda brand vermicelli won the patent award of China appearance design.

In September 1987, Pagoda brand LUNGKOW vermicelli was listed in the "World Famous Brand Products - China Book" published by China Outlook.

In October 1987, the "National Exhibition on Combating Counterfeiting and Protecting Famous and Quality Products" was held in Beijing Military Museum. The Vice Premier Yao Yilin of the State Council made a site inspection on the booth of Pagoda vermicelli.

On November 10,1987, International Business Daily reported "Pagoda brand LUNGKOW vermicelli Hit by Fakes".

In January 1989, the vermicelli bag of "Double Dragons Device" won the high quality award of China design patent.

On January 10, 1990, Pagoda brand vermicelli won the award of "Excellent External Publicity Material of Shandong Province".

As of August 1990, the company exported a total of 200,000 tons of vermicelli.

On March 18, 1991, reapplied for registering the trademark of "Double Dragons Device".

On April 5, 1991, Industry and Commerce Bureau of Shandong Province issued the Notice (No.84 of Year 1991 ),which was of the Prevention of Counterfeiting Pagoda brand LUNGKOW vermicelli trademark and Double Dragons Device decoration.

On August 20, 1991, Pagoda brand LUNGKOW vermicelli won the honor of "Quality Product of Ministry of Economic and Trade".

On January 10, 1992, the company was renamed "COFCO Shandong Cereals & Oils Imp/Exp. Company".

In March 1993, China cancelled the management of Export Permit for Vermicelli.

In November 1993, the Business Division 4 split into Vermicelli Division and Beans Division.

On June 7,1994, "Double Dragon Device" brand was registered in China.

On June 14, 1994, "Double Dragon Device" brand was registered in 29 countries.

On December 6, 1995, "Pagoda" brand was listed in the first batch of China Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.

On December 31, 1997, the "Double Dragon Device" was awarded as the famous brand of Shandong Province for the first time.

On March 14, 1997, "Dragon and Phoenix Device" and "Double Phoenix" brands were registered.

On May 28, 1998, the trade mark "LUNGKOW" was registered.

In October 1998, Vermicelli Division and Beans Division merged together.

On March 7 1999, "Reversed Double Dragon Device" brand was registered.

On November 26, 1999, Cofco-Shandong Vermicelli & Beans Imp/Exp. Co.,Ltd was established on the basis of the prior Vermicelli & Beans Division.

On April 17, 2001,  the "Double Dragon Device" was awarded as the famous brand of Shandong Province for the second time.

On November 8/9, 2001, International Business Daily issued a special article "More export needs more protection for famous brands" on the first page, which featured  the story of "Pagoda" brand Longkou Vermicelli.

On December 4, 2001, Cofco-Shandong was invited to attend the “Coordination meeting for certificating trademark of Lungkow Vermicelli” by Shandong Provincial Economic and Trade Commission .

On March 26, 2002, once again attended the” Coordination Meeting” held by Shandong Provincial Economic and Trade Commission.  

In September, 2003, Cofco-Shandong was listed as the “Key Protection Unit of Well-Known Enterprises Anti-Counterfeiting” by the Administration for Industry and Commerce of Qingdao.

On April 12, 2004, the offcials of Zhaoyuan city visited Cofco-Shanodng and deliberated over certificating trademark and the business of trademark permission.

In May 2004, our export volume of vermicelli totaled 300,000.-metric tons accumulatively .

In June 14, 2004, the "Double Dragon Device" was awarded as the famous brand of Shandong Province for the third time.

On January 28, 2005,  the "Reversed Dragon and Phoenix Device" brand was registered.

In March 2006,  the "Double Dragon Device" brand Vermicelli was listed as "Famous Export Brand for Priority Cultivation and Development of Shandong Province in 2006/2007".

In April 2006, “Pagoda" brand Vermicelli stood honorably in the line of the “Achievements Exhibition for Protecting Intellectual Property Rights in China” held by General Administration of Customs .

In September 2008, the "Double Dragon Device" brand Vermicelli was awarded as the "Famous Export Brand for Priority Cultivation and Development of Shandong Province in 2008/2009".

In September 2008, the "Double Dragon Device" was awarded as the famous brand of Shandong Province for the fourth time.

In 2010, "Pagoda" brand was awarded as the famous trademark of Shandong Province.

In 2011, the "Double Dragon Device" was awarded as the famous brand of Shandong Province for the fifth time.

In 2013, "Pagoda" brand was continuedly awarded as the famous trademark of Shandong Province.

In 2014, the "Double Dragon Device" was awarded as the famous brand of Shandong Province for the sixth time.

In 2016, "Pagoda” brand and “Double Dragon Device” were continuedly awarded as the famous trademark of Shandong Province.
