Seafood & Vermicelli Salad

Ingredients:

Pagoda brand Vermicelli

Cooked Peeled Shrimp, dried scallop, jellyfish

Shredded carrot, cucumbers, black fungus, egg

Minced garlic, red chilies, green chinese onions, chili oil

Salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce,sugar, rice vinegar, lemon juice



Directions:

1. Soak Pagoda brand Vermicelli in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and place them in a big plate.

2. Add cooked peeled shrimp, dried scallop, jellyfish, Shredded carrot, cucumbers, black fungus in big plate with vermicelli.

3. Prepare the special sauce. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, water and a few drops of lemon juice together in a small bowl.

4. Add minced garlic, red chilies, green chinese onions, chili oil one by one. Finally add the special sauce.

5.Toss until everything coated with sauce. Serve right away.
